I have been cleaning up and working some to prepare it for my party.
So today I woke up with a back ache.
I will take a Naproxen to begin with. If it doesn´t work, I´ll change to a bigger and more effective anti inflamatory. I don´t want to be a crooked old lady for my party.
I´ll also add a hot water bottle to help out. It isn´t really a hot water bottle, but a rice and herbs thingy that you heat first in the microwave oven and then use it where you want.
See you later.

Ask your doctor about Lidocaine Patches...I use them...they're non-narcotic and work AWESOME on pain! The only problem is the slide around if you move around a lot while wearing them, so put them on at night or when you're resting.

How the back is better. I was thinking a nice warm bath with Epsom Salts would have been nice. I got a back ache the other night from setting at the laptop for hours getting over a $1. Yah!

Remember. Always sit on your haunches so that your back never gets exerted.

I love those hot packs with the rice and herbs. I used to have a really neat one that my aunt sent me for my birthday.
