Do you bite your nails?

June 5, 2017 5:35pm CST
This usually happens to people who are very nervous or anxious about something specific, or it may just be a bad habit. But regardless of the reason, it's a bad thing to do. Do you treat your nails well?

I don't bite them! I do constantly split them at work and end up breaking the rest off! I'm sure most manicurists would have a heart attack if they seen the state of my nails

I have never had this bad habit. My nails just grow until they break and I cut them short again.
