Hello friends,
I was in my son's house at Cupertino, California for two months. Today we reached Toronto - our daughter's house -- through Air Canada from San Francisco.
Air Canada helped by giving assistance for wheel chairs. The personnel helped us in weighing and taking back our checked in luggage. Personnel at Toronto were also helpful and in Immigration counter at Canada it took less than a minute for verification. (We are visiting Canada for third time).
Elderly passengers like me have to depend on wheel chair assistance only since the terminals are situate far away.
While travelling to Toronto the flight had to cross turbulence twice lasting 15 minutes and 10 minutes. We reached on time. good day

I can relate with the Wheel Chair assistance as I have Fibromyalga and so I cannot walk very far. It also is a Great thing when you have little time to get from one terminal or gate to another. Hope this trip goes well for you, and enjoy the stay with your daughter.
