Today is: National Chocolate Ice Cream Day

There are few of these 'made-up' national days that I am fond of. However, when I heard on the news earlier that today is National Chocolate Ice Cream Day I did the happy dance.
As you can see from the photo, I am prepared for this holiday. When I bought this chocolate ice cream yesterday I had no idea it would be the star today!
I don't who, or care, who came up with this ice cream day, but I will say that it is one of my favorites so far this year!

It is cool here today also, I think the high will only be 78 or so and not until late afternoon. I may have to put long pants on when we take Ruby to the vet.

@LadyDuck Do you often wear a dress? I don't even own one, or a skirt. Got rid of that stuff when we moved.

@marlinThat way I get a little chocolate with it - I love ice cream sandwiches with chocolate ice cream but they are hard to find.

I only like chocolate ice cream when its in the vanilla chocolate twist.
We're bringing chocolate ice cream to our friend in the hospital later, so funny lol
