I made hummus as part of Saturday´s appetizers.

This morning, before I had my breakfast, I cooked the garbanzos in the pressure cooker.
I had the garbanzos soaking since yesterday so they got cooked in a jiffy. I put them in the minipimer with tahine, olive oil,garlic, lemon juice salt and pepper.
On Saturday, I will place them in a nice bowl and decorate it with some olive oil and sweet pepper.

@Hatley I like it very much. Even one of my friends who can´t stand garbanzos, loves my hummus.
