Other than the obvious physical appearance wight affects a person in many ways. This could be the overall quality of life, self-esteem, depression, health risks, and physical incapabilities. There are alot of positive changes once a person experiences weight loss. I know my personal ordeal with depression is so much better now that I have lost 40 pounds. Here are six tips to change your overweight lifestyle 1. Learn a diet food plan that can EASILY be accustomed with. Incorporate at least 15 minutes a day of exercise (any kind) 2. Focus and have a good mind set, that will enable you to quickly lose extra pounds simply because you have a set goals. 3. Listen to your body as it speaks. Try substituting one program for another if the FAD that everyone else is doing doesnt seem to be helping you. 4. Eat more fiber it makes a person full sooner and stays in your tummy longer, which slows down digestion. 5. STAY AWAY FROM FRIED FOOD COMPLETELY 6. Take in alot of fluid . Dont try and count out exactly 6 glasses of water, just drink as much as you can all day every day. All in all discipline and consistency is still the best practice and key to rapid weight loss. I personally did 5 days of cabbage soup diet to kick start my self then moved to south beach diet. I exercise 30 minutes 5 days a week and I feel awesome.
