I heard about health benefits of dark chocolate. But I don't like it's taste, it's bitter.

I love dark chocolate and give myself permission to eat it since they say it has health benefits. Whether it does or not who knows but I'll eat it anyway

yes that its true because they have many health ingredients in dark chocolate.
