New but ancient way to warm yourself when your're cold!

If you cross your fingers from both hands holding up your big finger from your left hand having around pointer finger , like in the image, your body will produce heat and healty. It is an ancient trick, like many others, where you don't need objects to make yourself confortable. It cam be practised anytime, no time limit.

I know is from India; but ancient cultures have common things. I really don't know about Qi Gong, can you tell us more?
