The easiest way to lose weight

I read somewhere that if you drink a glass of water just before eating, you can lose weight. This is because the water tricks the stomach into thinking that it is almost full. What do you think?

Exercise is the best weight loss. Water is good too.

Heard that. Might work. Might not. It's about your will power unless you have a medical problem.
