I the beginning of my coming to live in Israel people did not like renting to newcomers so I had to move alot. The last place I lived in I lived there for about 15 or more years and wanted to move before that but did not have the opportunity until 5 years ago. I have what I have been looking for here and love the area and have a good place for my scooter.

@Hannihar Reminds me of all the times we had to move. We have only had one house that we owned and all the rest were rented and was difficult as owners can make you move any time they wish. Not long after we moved into the house we owned, my parents started having some problems. Long story short, mum left and the house couldn't be kept with just my dad's salary so we had to move into another rented house. Which is where we are now.

@Hannihar I am sorry for what you have to deal with in regards to people where you are now. It really bothers me with how people treat you.

In the beginning of living here in Israel I moved a lot because the places I found were not available so had to live somewhere else till could move in and then when got married we moved a lot. I am not a mover. So, true like if you rent an apartment and you cannot afford to buy the apartment and the landlord is selling one has to move. It is hard to move. My last move was 17 years ago and nothing changes. People are the same everywhere I find.

For me moving is not much fun at all. I am a person that stays in places a long time if can and then after living somewhere for a long time and moving it is very hard especially when I have a pet.

@Hannihar Normal. I do not know what I would say, the whole environment and people I know. I find it strange when someone moves many times, but that's probably so because I do not have that experience

Good to know you liked the place. But why are they not comfortable in renting to newcomers

They did not trust new ones because maybe they will not stay.
