Yoga... Why not me..??

Why does yoga look so good on TV or when others are doing it, but when you do it, you just feel throbbing pain all over?
as a sportsperson.. i thought it would be great to do yoga to maintain health.. and when i started... it would be like.... oh f**k what have i done to my hands.. i was totally tucked in my own hands...
What about you guyz...
How many of you prefer to do yoga everydaY...????

@prashu228 yeah exactly... bcoz back and abdominal are the base for your fitness... so u must take care of them properly

well... for the back pain.. i would suggest you to do the one mentioned in the picture... really helpful

Yeah it will be difficult for few days, we get body pains. But as we continue body become s flexible

yeah.. i am already flexible as i am a sportsperson... but still its kinda crazy to put your own leg on your head

@Nitinsharma I have been doing yoga regularly for last 5 years.Initially it was so painful,but I continued practicing everyday and now I'm fit and healthy.Remer,no pain,nogain.

yes.. u should go for classes.. bcoz if you dont do exercises properly... it will have its negative effect
