Thirty-Three Years-Where Did the Time Go?

Thirty-three years ago today my husband and I spoke our vows in front of family and friends. In the years since then there has been good times as well as bad, but the love we had for each other has never faltered. I would marry him again in a heartbeat.
We will be grand dog sitting for the weekend so other than a special dinner tonight, we haven’t made any plans. The quiet comfort of togetherness is enough.
How do you like to spend your anniversary?

Just as long as we're together it doesn't matter. A lot of times we have lunch and a movie. Happy Anniversary

Thanks. It was a quiet day ending with a nice dinner. After dinner I settled down on the computer and my husband in front of the TV. That's our usual routine.

Congratulatios, a good marriage is a blessing. My husband (retired) still works in a field he loves and is always busy for our Anniversary ( in September) so we usually acknowledge the day but travel in the winter an celebrate our togetherness.. this fall will be our 50 th, don't know what we will be doing.

Aw, happy anniversary! =) I hope you enjoy your day.
My husband and I like to go somewhere together but the last 2 years we haven't been able to since we had no babysitter.

No babysitter was a factor for us the first few years. Now its just the two of us and we're no longer interested in going out.

I have a different anniversary than you do. Congrats after 33 years and glad you would marry him if had to do it all over again. My anniversary is each November when I came to live in Israel. I have been here now a little over 31 years now. No matter how you celebrate it you are doing it together and that is what makes it special.
