E-mailing a Researcher

Today, I replied to a foreign Psychology Researcher about our findings in our previous research. Typing made my hands shake a bit as feelings of both nervousness overwhelm me.
But it was fun. Discussing with that person makes me feel like I'm also a professional. Though then again, it might have something to do with the way that our words were worded and the e-mail format. Still, it makes me want to actually do research as a job after I graduate and discuss results with fellow researchers.
Have you done this too, and felt something similar?

I know how you mean Cruz. It seems like it would be really good to do research huh?
Even when I am helping someone here, I love to go and find out the answers.
Yes, I would love to do that, I know it would be good to discuss with fellow researchers.

You can ask me stuff about human behavior if you're curious for answers.

It is if you like to read a lot and write. But being a researcher is also hard; it could get time consuming, especially if you're juggling multiple research topics like real researchers do.

@Tierkreisze and research does also means we have to come up with something original and that is pretty hard to do.

In which field do you want to do research?
Are you into a formal PhD. Program?
