Get Rid Of Toxic People To Live A Healthy Life

Anything toxic is very harmful to us, so we follow to clean up toxic things from our body, water, food etc. But what about toxic people? There are kind of personalities who just don't live peacefully and don't let others live with peace and happiness. These people think negative, talk negative and imagine the worst in every condition, can play mind games, emotional blackmailing, can make us feel bad if we react on their bad behaviour. They are more poisonous then any other poison. It is very necessary to get rid of them or at least keep distance otherwise life can become hell. What do you think about it?

It's easy to say but if toxic people are your very near ones it becomes hard to remove them.

I agree that if they are very near ones, we can't get rid of them but we can try to not take their drama and negativity too seriously and keep distance as much as possible.

You are right that those who spit venom on us should be kept at arm's length. However, if the person happens to be very near relative of ours, we just can't avoid him or her. In this case best course of action would be to not to react to ill motives of the venomous person. We need to keep our calm and patience to thwart his/her moves.

@Bodyandbrain They are basically manipulative people and they know how to play with your emotions, they know how to hit you below belt.

Yes if they are very close relative, we can't live it so it's best to avoid their negative poisonous behaviour and try not to get affected much by them. If you have encountered them, then you know that they are sick and play mind games too it is very difficult to understand the real situation most of the time because they behave like victim and behave in the manner like it's others who are doing wrong.

@dpk262006 yes, so it's better to be away from them or at least try not to get trapped in their game.

@sunilparthan absolutely, but the sad thing is that these people don't have healthy minds so it is possible that they will never realise what they lost.

We find such people in every sphere of life, whether friends, or at work, relatives, family , neighbors etc. Sometimes you cant get rid of them even if try to avoid or ignore these people. One needs a strong mind and sense of countering them back to work around with such people in case you cant get rid of them.

Yes they can be found anywhere and it's worse if we have them close by. I agree with you that sometimes getting rid of them or avoid them is not possible, in this condition we need very strong will power and content mind to handle the situation and don't get trapped in their aura. It can be very challenging to keep our mind in healthy state.

At my previous job I had a colleague who was like that. She was always so depressed and talked about negative things. She was always complaining and never happy about anything. At a certain point this negative attitude of hers started to make me feel miserable. I started feeling demotivated. I then decided to keep my distance from her and to have only work related talks with her.

This is the trait of toxic people that they create a negative aura around them which effect everyone close by. You were smart enough to realise the situation and took the right decision. Their is no other way as they never change, sometimes they don't even realise how toxic they are.

Yes we all meet these kinds of people and I agree that we can't cut off them completely and not everyone master the art of dealing with them. If one is not careful it can challenge his mental and physical health.
