Don't laugh but I absolutely love red peppers, I will get them out of the fridge, pull the green stalk out and then eat them raw! They are munchy, crunchy and delicious, its either that or go for the chocolate, so I try and grab the peppers instead!!! I also love celery sticks with salad cream poured all down the strip, mmmm, now I've got the munchies and I am ashamed to say I haven't got a pepper or a piece of celery in the house!!

Red peppers are much sweeter than the green ones, if you, like myself have a sweet tooth and fancy something a little sugary then red peppers are ideal! I'm not fussed on eating green peppers, alright in pizza but I don't eat them raw.

Sweet, huh? I'll probably salt them anyway, lol. I salt about everything. I know that's not good, but oh well. It's yummy.

Not laughing, I promise :)
I've never eaten raw red peppers before. Always use them for cooking, i.e. stirfry, goulash, chili. I'll have to try that. I like raw green peppers so I might like raw red peppers, ya think?

That sounds great too.
I'm going to have to call around and find out how far I'm going to have to go for China grass.
I've never seen that in the markets around here, but I'm sure they carry it in the bigger cities.
Thank you for the recipe :)

I like salads too. Here is a very Indian salad that you may like. This salad is served very often in Indian meals. Hope you will try it.
INGREDENTS:
Cucumber - 1
Sprouted green gram – 1 cup
Grated fresh coconut – 2 teaspoons
Coriander a little
Lemon to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
METHOD: Remove the skin on the cucumber and chop it into small pieces, put it into a salad bowl, add the sprouted green gram. Clean and finely chop a little Coriander add it to the salad bowl. Break a coconut and grate some coconut, add this freshly grated coconut to the salad bowl as well. Now add some salt, add some fresh ground pepper and also add as much of fresh lemon juice as you want. Toss all the ingredients in the salad bowl and serve immediately.

I like peanut butter on celery. I also like apple slices and peanut butter. I like salad too. I like raw broccoli and cauliflower with ranch salad dressing or french. Also like them cooked with cheese sauce. Tomato slices are good, but no salt and pepper for me.
