BBQ Chicken and Salad - Oh Boy

Tonight's dinner is going to be simple and healthy. We are having bbg chicken and a great big salad.
My hubby will be grilling the chicken and I will be throwing together a great big salad. It is an easy and delicious dinner.
Today is a busy day for us. Hubby will be at the other house working on the bathroom and I am doing little4 errands and picking up prescriptions in town.
I will be on myLot here and there this afternoon in between the store, dropping over at a friends to visit, and getting a few things shipped off at UPS.
What are your plans on this beautiful but cloudy day?

Dinner sounds good.. my plans are to work tonight.. they always have me work on the weekends and off through the week.. so I will be having a late dinner.. as I don't like to eat before work.. hope you have a wonderful day.

@HazySue ........Glad that Sunday could be a relaxing day and hope you got to finish your book. I watched all of Season Two yesterday of OITNB and will watch some more today.

We drove back home from the Berkshires, stopped and ate breakfast, picked up raspberries at the grocery store and visited my mom then went home. Now I need to do our laundry from the last 4 days. Your dinner sounds yummy, I have not planned that far ahead.

I enjoyed the pool for a few hours, now I'm just waiting until it's time to cook. Do you cook the chicken with or without the skin?

@HazySue I am a chicken lover from way back - but no skin - not even cooked with the skin at all. The skin sorta grosses me out.

@AbbyGreenhill I don't eat the skin because of all the fat contained in it. It tastes greasy to me.

Just a relaxing day today with a simple dinner too. Will probably just throw something on the bbq as it's too hot to think about putting the oven on. Have a great day

Nothing, just take a ride. I cooked Tony a deer roast last night so I dont have to do any cooking, I have my veggies in the freezer I can microwave, and salad in the fridge.

You certainly have a busy day planned and that chicken and salad will be a perfect ending. Today I walked, had coffee with my friends, and have done some weeding. Mani/pedi later and dinner at the neighbor's house. It's sunny and beautiful here today. Hate to be stuck inside.
