When I have work, I wake up earlier so I get 4-5 hours of sleep. When it is my day off, I get 7-8 hours of sleep.

I usually sleep for 6 hours. Sometimes I will have difficulty in sleeping then my day will become hectic. Try some home remedies...

I guess I'm lucky that I have no trouble falling asleep at all. I can sleep pretty much anytime and anywhere. (There's only one time that I remember having trouble sleeping many years ago. I can tell you about that later if you want.
)
But to answer your question, nowadays I get anywhere from 4-6 (sometimes a little more if I'm feeling lazy and take too many '5 more minutes'
) hours of sleep.

About five hours a night. Plus often waking up on and off.
