wish I was hungry just once
llike one should be. It was
supposed to be chicken tenders but'
I do not really now what that was
to tell the tr uth,
It had fat on some edges and w as
thin so probably pork wtth some
odd sauce.
The meat was not chicken and truthfully
tssted rather ytucky with that odd brown
sauce. Fried potatoes and corn which I
am not to ear because I have diverticulitis.
So I ate the salad, the fried potatoes and
the two huge cookies, drank milk and coffee
and left that crappy m eat for someone else
of course it just goes ni the garbage . It should
have been put there first awful stuff yick.
so onward upward do some reading
and responding and liking too.

Wow, it amazes me, but not really, the stuff they try to feed you. Sounds like Health is not an option there, and they could care less about what you eat. Here you are Diabetic and this dinner was full of Carbs if it was Fresh. And then the foods that creates havoc because of the Diverculitis. Makes you wonder how come they quit caring about life there?
