Welcome to myLot.
The first thing you should do is to look at "Help" in the menu under your username. You will find the Community Guidelines and the FAQ section there which will tell you a great deal about what is expected of you here. The Earnings Program FAQs will explain how earnings work and how, when (and if) you can be paid.
NOTE: myLot only pays using PayPal and PayPal is not available in all countries. If you are unfortunate enough to live in one of those countries, myLot will be unable to pay you but you are still welcome to enjoy the site for meeting people, joining in discussions and learning many things.
