during life there are several ups and down in our life,sometimes we are happy and sometimes we are sad but life teaches us not to loose heart,get up,rise and work constantly till our goal is achieved.

I agree with you... but for a person to be able to not loosing his/her heart and be able to stand up after a fall, that person needs to have strong will and something to motivate him/her.
