pilates ball - pilates ball
I exercise 5 days a week. :) I don't do aerobic exercises, I do more of pilates and yoga. :) Both are very relaxing for my body.

I would love to start yoga! I did it for a while once and one of the things that never ceased to amaze me was how puffed I actually was afterwards. All you do is stretch and it feels wonderful, you get up and your sweaty and puffed. Amazing :P

I get my exercise at Curves. I go 3x a week. I plan to start going more often....kind of like keeping the Christmas bulge at bay.

It does indeed: http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.html That site is an exercise calculator, it can tell you in general terms how many calories you burn from doing normal everyday activities. Very cool.

I walked this morning for 30 minutes, and I felt much better for doing so. I feel much better when I walk in the morning and there is no better way for me to wake myself up than that.
