Is whole grain pasta better than regular pasta? Trying to eat more healthier!

Okay thank you, & yes i cook some spaghetti with whole grain pasta and it turned out pretty good. Think im going to switch everything to whole grain

Better health-wise, but harder to work with I think. Thin spaghetti tends to produce better results than other varieties, but then I'm not the most gifted at kitchen skills so the lackluster results could have had more to do with me than the pasta itself. Personally I prefer vegetable variants of pasta more the whole grain options.

Yes okay i was thinking about the veggies with the pasta that comes frozen? Would that be good ?

@JaneDough Depending on the store, you might find some interesting varieties in the fresh and frozen foods sections, though I haven't personally tried any of them to have a recommendation. There will often be rainbow pasta among the dry pasta selections, and you can also get a Spiralizer which can make noodles from fresh vegetables directly. And there is spaghetti squash, which naturally cooks into a pasta-like form.
