If you could change one single thing in this world, what would that be?

If you could change one thing about your country, what or who would it be?
Don't be afraid to be straight with me. This is myLot, not the Supreme court.
And not the Spanish Inquisition.
Would you for instance ...
Become the king of your country?
Fire the president ASAP?
Give Peace A Chance?
I know many people would say, I like things as they are so I would never even try.
Not the good answer I am looking for.
Tell me, what would you do today if you had all the power in the Universe and were granted infinite choices but only could chose one? Not two but one. It could be as simple as Changing your shoe color, Owning a country outright, Curing cancer or even getting a loan?
Winning at chess? Or perhaps getting your wish to have something you know you would otherwise never get in your life.

You sound like you might very well be capable of being a leader in your community.

I would choose to change America back to being a country under God. We need to respect everyone's right to practice their religion, but that shouldn't make a Christian a target for those who don't respect ours.

The more people pray in the name of God, the merrier. America still is one nation under God, but it is harder to be united when so many fall short.

I think there should be a way to be a voice for the people instead of living in the shadow of one man over all people. The idea of term limits is absolutely necessary to prevent dictatorships from forming.

Very interesting thought, it would be hard to pick just one. I would love to see the hate in the world disappear, I would also love to know no one is going with out food, and I would love to know that every child in the world was happy, comfortable, cared for and not hungry.

@PainsOnSlate , yes, although realistically I know that would not ever be possible, and I think that most of us, while we dream our dreams at night and have notions of better days ahead, I can say for sure I am happy to be here, on Earth in this time zone because life is rare and for us as a species and we need to really appreciate this day as if it might be our last. For me, I guess if I could change anything it would be my expectations for a better future for humanity as a whole.

@lookatdesktop we can all hope for that in the long run but we need intelligent leaders with a big heart to do their best to do what needs to be done to make life easier for all on this planet.

I'd change my bank balance.
With money you can do a lot.
I know that could be seen as a shallow answer but it isn't meant as such.
If I had billions I could do some good as I don't need that amount to fund my lifestyle...but it could help others.
PS...charity begins at home so I'd help myself and family first before looking at other causes.

@lookatdesktop I'm pretty much cushioned against being flat broke but I still want more money.

I would either choose to have unlimited money because it'd set me and my family for life but also be able to help a lot of charities.
Or change where money isn't the most important thing but taking care of each other is because that would help with homelessness, and everyone trying to make money off medicines instead of taking care of each other

Your compassion for the lives of others in sickness and misery is noble.

There is a place you can go online to be part of the solution. I joined it already. It's called THE WORLD COMMUNITY GRID sponsored by IBM:
What if you could support causes you care about while reading this post? Your device's unused computing power can help scientists tackle cancer, HIV/AIDS, Zika, clean energy and other humanitarian issues.

I would make sure that no person would ever be poor in this country. The second part is my father and mother would still be living, along with my daughter would Angela living here with me. The final part to this is no person would ever die in this life. These are the best things in life I would do.
