21 day challenge

Has anyone heard of a challenge going on where for 21 days you strictly only consume water, and or low sugar juices? We could also work out if we wanted to add extra results. I kind of want to try it out and start a positive supportive group on here where we share our progress through picture and videos and daily or weekly updates and if we fail we can post abouy that too lol. Just feel like i need to lose some weight because i sure have out on alot after having my daughter who is now 1 and a half.. i weigh about 200lbs. And my goal is to be atleast 15Olbs. Whos interested to get started with me?
UPDATE: ****if you are thinking of trying this out please remember to take supplemental vitamins and if you feel any dizziness get help from professionals. In no way am i a fitness or dietary trainer.******

Yes they are. Ive put on some weight with my kid and my step father just shared to me 2 days ago thay he is going about this challenge and it caught my interest.. im thinking about doing it

Is that possible in only 21 days?
I think it may be very difficult to control all things.
How can anyond lose weight in only 21 days?

If your only taking in water and supplemental vitamins?? Losing in weight in a week is possible while doing that. Probably not results people want to see like if the person did the 21 days but maybe within a week theyll lose 5-7lbs. It is very much possible. My step father is on day 15 and hes lost 14 pounds already

do you mean only water and low-sugar juices as your liquids (no coffee, tea, soda), but still consuming food you normally eat?

Just for 21 days straight you only consume liquids such as water and low sugar juice as well as taking supplemtental vitamins. No solid food or food at all lol i know someone who has been doing it for 12 days and already dropped 11lbs. Im intrigued by it, really thinking about trying it.

@Mercedes711 i would be concerned about not eating any solid food at all, and just liquids and vitamins for 21 days. i can't do that.

Yes. You are really doing a great thing. This is what is recommended for people doing good workout. Many people do not know about it.

So do you have to complete it in 21 days? Is that where 21 comes in? Me, I do not believe in diets anymore. I found I lost weight and then gain it back. I found Overeater's Anonymous here in Jerusalem. I knew and they confirmed that diets are not the answer. I would listen to people talk and then one day someone said something and it stuck with me. I started to give up things. To me it is giving up things that are not good and you know htey aren't. I still hvaew not given up things I want to or need to. I have given up some things.

Yes it is. But more so a challenge just for you to complete and also great for you mentally and well as physically:)
