Asprin hurts my stomach, so always Tylenol or Aleeve, only thing I hate about Tylenol is like 8 hours later my head hurt worse than before. And sometimes I can taste the tylenol for hours after I take it.

I find tylonol works best for me, it seems that everyone has their own preferance and are very loyal to it.
