Impulsive shoppers....

I try to prepare a list before going for shopping, however I get tempted to lot of stuff and buy them on impulsion, later I realise that they are not really worth it.... and sometimes I feel guilty for buying on impulse and I say to myself ok this is it... no more impulsive shopping, a few times I succeed though, but a few times, am out of control and buy on impulsion....

Whenever I go shopping or going to the grocery I have with me an item list. I stick to my list. In that way I avoid spending on unnecessary things.
