Favorite "#" Songs #1 - "Song 2"

WHOO HOOO! We are at the top spot in my Favorite "#" Songs series, which is songs with numbers in the title, with the numbers not spelled out. (Be sure to check out the number series that @FourWalls is doing right now as well.) The #1 spot belongs to "Song 2" by Blur.
Catchy and fun, "Song 2" is from Blur's 1997 self-titled album, and is highly recognizable thanks to vocalist Damon Albarn's joyous shouts of "WHOO HOOO" throughout the tune. It stalled at #55 on the Billboard Hot 100, but fared better with the alternative crowd, reaching #6 on the Modern Rock Tracks chart. The song hit #2 in the UK, and Top 10 in three other countries.
"Song 2" remains relevant all these years later. National Hockey League teams blast it after the home team scores, wins, or even if the crowd just needs a pick me up.
Not too bad for a song that was originally meant as a parody of grunge. As I said, it's a blast!

Dangerous to listen to when you're driving near a speed trap.
Great series!!

@teamfreak16 -- not yet. What I have in the files are water and bodies of water, and things to live in (the latter of which we'll definitely match on if you decide to do it).

@teamfreak16 I can think of an Alice In Chains one that would work with that theme.

@Essjayd - We used to have a club just like that in Colorado Springs. Good times.

@teamfreak16 This was
the only club in our city that
catered to the punk, goth, metal,
and rock alternative scene.
It probably looked like Hell on earth
to an outsider but it was probably the
safest, friendliest club in our city!

They had a five year hiatus, but apparently are still at it.

It's a fun road tripping song, too!

I'll bet. Nothing like a good WHOO HOOO to get everyone fired up.

I didn't know it was Blur for awhile after I first heard it. It took awhile to make the connection.

With that distorted bass, it demands to be turned up loud!
