Being angry or losing your temper is something most of us all do but, there is a difference between getting angry and completely losing it .
Being even tempered is something we all strive for , but sometimes it's not very easy
so, does it take a lot to make you angry? and if it doesn't ,what situation can potentially cause you to ''lose it ''and when was the last time you did ?

It all depends on the personality and mood of a person Even a small thing make us sometimes losing our emotions and becoming angry out of proportions.

It's very hard to get me angry, because I avoid conflict at all cost. Usually, I run off somewhere and try to be alone. I am one who bottles up anger, until it almost kills me!:( What triggers off my anger? Child abuse, women abuse, people with sarcastic attitudes.

Child abuse, animal abuse women abuse are all things that also make me angry as well it's so sad to live in a world where these things happen way too often.
Funny, but i also go off to be alone when i'm angry it clears my head and calms me down.Although , we really shouldn't bottle up our anger, but, find ways to express it without harming others or ourselves

That's the best way to be and i wish i could say i'm not angered easily as well but, even though i don't lose my temper very often,i am a sensitive person so,when i hear about a child or animal being abused or people getting killed, i get very upset .

Usually my problem is I let things build up and then lose it, which I regret later. I need to get my mouth and brain more in synch with each other.
PS: Appreciate the like on my earlier comment-DB

OMG,we must be related to each other
i am the same exact way and like you, i regret it''losing it'' afterward.
the good thing is, it doesn't happen very often.
i guess the idea is, when something bothers or upsets you, it's better to deal with it right away in stead of letting it fester inside maybe some day i'll listen to that advice
and about the 'like' i left for you,You're very welcome
