It's A Happy Day

While I was wandering around on Pixabay Illustrations I spotted this adorable little image. It is so cheery and happy looking I knew I just had to use it. Today is a happy day, I'm not such why but I am thankful that it is. It is overcast and gloomy outside but I am so still as happy as a clam. I am hoping we get the rain the weather man is promising. I think we might have a good chance of it, there is an 80% possibility. I am looking forward to sitting here enjoying my day relaxing and writing. Some on myLot and other sites online and some on a book. What are you plans for today?

The day did not start very well. My husband broke a tooth, we had to go to see his dentist. Thanks God it was easily repaired. It's hot and humid today.

@HazySue I have not been very well during the night, the dentist has air conditioning and this is something I hate. We are very fine with our fans, no need of air conditioning.

@LadyDuck does it get hot and humid there? I don't thin I could live without air conditioning. The heat makes it hard for me to breath.

Ouch! Sorry to hear that but happy they could easily fix it. Hopefully the rest of your day will be better. It's hot and humid here too. Thank goodness for air conditioners.

@HazySue Thanks. I hope so too. I'm even getting an idea for a completely new book, so we'll see what happens. I haven't pressed for a new one in a while because I already have so many to work on and finish.

@just4him I find that one good idea usually leads to another. Write it down quick before you forget it. You never know when you might want to use it.

I went to Walmart earlier to get some backing for a couple of lap robes for the nursing home. I found it and it was marked down from $4.97 to $1.50. I was ecstatic. Needless to say, I bought more than I needed. I'm going to play on the computer for a little while and then I'm going to sew.

That's a great deal you got on the fabric. What a w3one4rful thing to do, make lap robes for the nursing home. Some of these people get so cold and I now they appreciate it. As for buying too much, well, I have an idea you will find a use for it. Happy sewing.
