I listen to music, not with my usual romantic mellow choice but, I listen to upbeat music while watching zumba dance and follow the steps.
That's my best stress reliever, workout (zumba) and it helps a lot.

@Shiva49 i wish i was as optimistic as you sir but i am not which is what i hate in me i immediately panic if things dont work my way and i guess that is what results in more stress i must start to calm myself down by doing some yoga and meditations that should help me out

I pray and listen to worship songs to relieve stress. Or I vent about things here if I need to which helps as well. =)

@saiama God isn't a genie that grants our wishes though. God answers our prayers in His time and His will.

@saiama I write stories and songs, or maybe I just write about how I feel, mostly when I feel sad. I love rock and indie music, but I also like metal symphonic music. And do you like to write?
Haha on my posts I always add a drawing on it. Don't worry, it's just practice.

@saiama I write mostly poetry. I don't draw much. It's just mostly practicing and drawing cartoon characters. I love to color those adult coloring books that are popular right now

Well in my opinion the best way to do that is workout or exercising. Never ever let the stress accumulate because you gonna ended up bursting with rage anytime. When youre stress, you are building this pressure inside you. So u need something to work that out. I find that im much more calmer and my body felt lighter after a workout.

@danspartan i know stress can build up in you and cause great damage its good that you release it throgh work outs and exercising but i find slow music very soothing to calm my nerves

@saiama i mean hey, why not both. I find that exercised while listening to music helps with my workout. But of course i listen to a faster music for this. I guess im the type of guy that likes to squeeze all those energy instead of waiting for it to flow slowly. haha

To relieve stress I normally go for a run, hit the gym, read a book or do some cross stitch. I've tried doing the adult colouring books....but it stresses me out trying to keep the colour within the lines.

Some tension is necessary for us.They give us inspiration to move ahead. But to release stress I do yoga and prannayams..I also read some books about positive thinking to release my stress..I remembered a beautiful quote of Swami Vivekanand that if you don't face any problem or tension in a particular day then think that you are travelling in a wrong path..

@Awasthi123 good to know that you do yoga an pranayam even i have started doing it lately it does help me feel relaxed though but this little little tension accumulates and becomes more of problem it is easy for swamiji to say that tension is necessary no offence to him but one who goes through it and is not great like swami ji does not know how to handle the situation could end up more panicking
