Majority of paid online survey site are not permitted to South Asian Countries .I am wondering why it is so .

Companies pay for the market research being done. If the company is based in America (for example) it really does not care about my shopping habits (I'm in South Africa). You need to find survey sites based in your country. There will be some although not as actively marketed as the UK/USA ones for example.
