Cell Phone Ban

I was surprised to read about a state that wants a cell phone ban and I'm sure your all thinking its California. Nope its not California and I was surprised to see what state wants the ban its Colorado. Some of the people want to ban cell phones to kids under 13 and retailers would have to ask the buyer who would be the user of the cell phone. I don't know how the ballot measure will do, as I think its going to be difficult to keep every child under 13 off the cell phone.
Would you vote for it? Would every online site that sells cell phones have to ask who is using the cell phone when the cell phone is sent to Colorado?

Oh that's a good move to start with. I appreciate the idea and motive behind this and would be glad so if every people in that state co-operate without being money minded .. hoping it should all be a genuine one.. and yes even across online platform they should implement this.

I think it sounds like a great plan; however, think its going to be hard to get every child under a certain age to stop using the device.

Cell phone has become an addiction in society as a whole but having a law like that is pointless.

I see a lot of people in California with a cell phone glued to their ear. I'm not sure how Colorado is going to enforce it. I'm not even sure it will pass, as there is no way it would pass here.

I am hoping some of the Colorado Mylot Members can inform us how this would work, as a lot of people don't look their age. I'm wondering how parents feel that have young children or grandchildren, as I don't have any young people in my life now.
