Women out there..should try this!

When I am in my teenage years I am sexy.But after I give birth birth my body was not the same like before but I did do find a way how to get it back and much more good than before

Yes sis I am doing that everyday ,I really do make my schedule for doing that even few minutes and I really like it ..

Why do you only mention women? Why aren't these exercises also for men?

Yes men for men too sorry ..but have good exercise for men for to have sexy body..this exercise is good for women belly..and it can be done at home..

I ever felt worried about my figure after giving birth. However, I took care of my baby and it was so soon that my weight was back to normal. And I didn't have to worry about my belly because it was almost back to normal, too.

Yes everyday I am doing that exercise ..I spent not so much minutes..and the result really nice..you must enjoy it and keep it out ..

Yeah, when I was still single, my body figure was like hourglass too. After I gave birth to 2 kids, my body became a watermelon. Anyway, yoga and tai qi should be able to reduce the fats and shrink in the loosen skin. After 20 years of birth, my body is back to hourglass again. My teenager is jealous of my figure now
