I've heard that it helps for weightloss.. Someone told me to take it with honey to lower the acid, and we should use it with water, of course! We need to rinse our teeth afterwards.. One article in Facebook Said that it can lower high blood pressure.. last time the doctor checked my blood pressure, it was better than before - so I will continue takin it!
Have 2 tbsps apple cider vinegar for high blood pressure daily to lower the activity of renin and reduce risk factors like high cholesterol and obesity.

@enlightenedpsych2 Perhaps there is some research about the difference between the cider and the vinegar..

Is it? I have no idea, but it's acidic in nature, so it may be harmful too

I have used it off and on on a number of times and I can't say for sure that it really beneficial for health. Though it does make the salad taste better and I usually eat more using it.

If taken properly , with care and guidance from health experts yes, it is effective for lose weight.
I have been taken it too and it does help me a lot to maintain my weight, but, it increases my acid level so I have to stopped.

I hope you are taking the apple cider with something else, diluting it in some way. Yes it is very good for you but it is also an acid and shouldn't be taken but two tablespoons morning and evening.
It is good for weight loss, but it might be different for different people.
I once read about a woman who drank bottles of the stuff for weight loss. It hasn't said what her health situation is now, but I can imagine it having an ill effect.
