It's the longest day of the year and boy is it gonna be hot

Yep, long and oh so hot. They claim at Accuweather that it'll top out at 104 today, just a little cooler than what we're in for over the next few days. It won't be as hot here as it gets in some parts of Arizona but 110 is hot and I plan to nap when it's the hottest. I don't have A/C but I have frozen water in water bottles so I'll curl up with a couple of those. One will cool my belly and the other will cool the back of my neck. I hope the heat wave is over by the 4th of July, but we'll see. Today's sunrise and sunset times according to Accuweather. Sunrise: 6:01 AM Sunset: 8:15 PM Duration: 14:14 hr Long and HOT HOT HOT. What are you going to do today?

Oh my goodness, in those temperatures I would NEED AC. Even here I would lose my mind without ac. I hate being too hot.

Well, if it were as humid here as it is where you are I'd need it too. Actually, I'm saving up to get mine fixed so I'll have it cooler next year.

Humid makes it worse @LovingMyBabies at least when it's dry heat I can still breath, how the heck do you do it with all that humidity?

It was only 90 F here but it was very hot for me as I went mountain climbing and that brought my body heat even more.

@rebelann Not an ounce but I know my body. Before I left, I drank 3 glasses of water and ate lots of juicy fruit. When I got home, I did the same. This is a mountain in the middle of the city and it has a lake on the top.

I've been here so long I've learned to cope, I usually nap when it's the hottest. I hope to have enough money to fix the A/C for next year.
