Not only by chatting, but through several ways you will get relationships. You have a feel that someone you've not ever seen in your life becomes one of your most close friends. I have been making relationships mostly through forums. There by helping eachother and by sharing our thoughts, we get people who think similarly.

i have been chatting with a very nice girl from the philippines, she is nice and she likes me, i like her too. she is younger than me, but we have been chatting for several months. Its not scary or distrustful. Its just normal and we send photos to each other. I am from US, and she would like me to visit her one day soon maybe. I dont think there are lies, but of course be careful. It is very nice to meet people from other countries... well thats my thought for you!
