Lian and Jaeden-- my two youngest children-- sleep early because they want to come with me tomorrow morning when I go jogging. Lian, 6 years old, have always been excited to go with me. Anyway, its not long area to jog, maybe 1.5 kilometers one way until we reach to the port. That means when we return it will be 3 kilometers. Just enough for the kids to jog with me. I don't know why Lian loves to come with me. She's athletic, I guess. I will see her participating many sports event when she grow up more.

That's wonderful the kids want to go jogging! More kids should enjoy outdoors than their electronic gadgets!

Jogging is good for health and it also helps them grow strong. She might even become a good athlete when she grow up.

It's great they have developed a healthy habit so early. You should encourage and take them with you without bothering about the reason behind their interest.Of course 3 kms is a little too much for them so it could be reduced. Bravo, kids of a real fitness conscious mother
