Tips to decrease your body fat percentage??

I have recently joined a gym and they did my body analysis which showed really high percentage of fat in my body. I am not overweight, though on healthier side but the body fat is a matter of concern as it might lead to many health issues in my later life. I was always a cardio person...I walk, run,jog,cycle, swim but seem that is not enough.
I have been searching the internet for tips and find few. I am not going for any diet as I want changes that I can continue for years than a crash diet for week or month.
Few tips that I found
1) drink lots of water
2) black coffee before work out
3) sip green tea few times a day
4) eat more protein
5) eat more portions of fruits and vegetables. Specially green leafy ones.
6) no processed food
Please share tips that can help me :-)TIA

I also tried a lot from work out, diet, etc.
I easily gained weight but lose weight a little with too much effort.
I started gaining weight almost 4 years ago after I resigned from my work.
Now I want to try a strict healthy diet and let's see how it works for me this time.

We do the same thing, like walking, drinking lots of water, etc. I hope I'll lose some kilos after few months.

@HAPPSINGH Yes, I prefer to drink milk than green tea. why dont you like green tea?

@Elisa1234 even I am not much a fan of green tea. But if it's healthy i might try
