That is what I am thinking about right now. You see, I have lots of fruits on my fruit stand and I am the only one eating them if they will be eaten like the way they are.
I am thinking of making a fruit pie and if we can't consume it all, I can still freeze some of them until be eaten. But then, I have to bake and my time will be spend in baking instead of blogging or mylotting.
Maybe, I can make fruit salad with natural yogurt for our dessert tonight. Hmmmm....What shall I do? Which one would you love to make if you were in my shoes?
Anyway, let see later what I can do with my mango, bananas and peaches. Any suggestions? Enjoy your weekend and the new coming week. Ciao for now.

I would make a delicious fruit salad and then do some mylotting. I did bake this week but it is rather hot here for baking.

That was what I did when it was so warm @BelleStarr. Today was cooler than yesterday and so I baked mango and peaches tart ala cupcakes.

@ridingbet I think I have not tried that kind of mango. I love the Pinoy variety that we have there. Yummy

No, it's like the Carabao mango that we have there and it tasted good @ridingbet. I didn't know that there is a Hawaiian mango variety. Thanks for the heads up.

I think a fruit salad would be better. I don't know if it is hot by you, but heating up a kitchen in summer doesn't appeal. However, a delicious fruit salad speaks summer and would be delicious for supper and not take a lot of time to prepare.

I see the bananas in the picture. We used to make a banana crème-like pie with vanilla wafers mixed in the recipe. I'll go with pie

The easiest way is to put it all in a blender and make a smoothie

I think I would choose the pie Thelma.
I hope whatever you choose it will come out tasty.
You could also make a peach crumble..I love crumbles.

I would prefer the fruit pie but then anything with fruit is good. Maybe you might find an idea here.
Prepare quick fruit desserts from Martha Stewart. Favorite recipes include broiled pineapple with ice cream, baked apples, grilled peaches, and more.
