what should be the best diet to reduce weight?

Hi All, I am trying to reduce weight but don't know what should be taken in the meals to reduce and maintain a healthy weight. Please suggest something which can work for me. I do go for morning walk and also do yoga in the morning. I also want a flat stomach.

I am also working on having a flat stomach. I think diet and exercise should go together. Also, avoid processed foods and soft drinks.

According me nothing works like water. .. drinking two glasses of water 15 mns before meals really helps you naturally cut down on what you eat .

@hmehra18 This is true..drinking water 30min before is much better actually as food/water stays in stomach for 30min the digestive juices will become diluted if we eat immediately after drinking water,..that prolongs digestion process But it cuts down on what we eat for sure :)

Never skip the breakfast and make sure you will have a fancy breakfast everyday. Then have a nice lunch but try to eat less for dinner. I heard that this is a very effective way.
