Last night I watched movies suggested by other mylotters. YOU'RE NEXT-is a suspense-thriller movie and I agree with our dear mylotters this is not like your ordinary suspense movie where the heroin/victim keeps screaming. Ratings : 7 /10 THE ZOOKEEPER's WIFE - Drama/War movie is a must to watch. Set in the WW11 , heartwarming movie. Rating :10/10 Thank you dear mylotters Now my turn to suggest PALM TRESS IN THE SNOW -a Spanish romance-drama. Watch it for yourself guys. Hope everyone had a great weekend jaiho2009 8:52pm Monday PT June 25,2017 image from Goggle *

I have seen "You're Next" and I liked. I do not like a lot war movies and I am not sure I would like the Spanish drama. Spanish movies are usually too slow.

I don't like war movies that much, but it depends on the plot. Like Hacksaw Ridge- it's one movie that I cried a lot.

@jaiho2009 I have seen some that were very good, especially those made soon after the war ended.

I just watched The Zookeeper's Wife and I like it. It is a touching movie about the courage. I haven't watched the rest movies yet but they sound to be attractive for me.

@youless I agree, it was his faith who give him strength and his strong belief in God that saves him.

A nice movie though, but I still prefer Heaven and Earth as one of the best war movie. Have you watched Hacksaw Ridge?

@jaiho2009 Saw Hacksaw Ridge. Really enjoyed it!! A little on the gory side, but that's kind of Mel Gibson's thing (see Patriot, Passion of The Christ, etc;)

@Elisa1234 This is a war movie, but not an ordinary war movie. This is based on a true story as well.

I hadn't heard of those movies. I'm glad you liked them. I saw a wonderful movie a couple days ago - The Wave. I think it was filmed in Norway. It was a disaster movie, but a very good one. I give it 4/5.
