So I would like to lose about 10 pounds. I'm working on it I'm also stressed discovered harvest cheddar Sun chips. Now these are amazing to me because I'm allergic to MSG and I miss Doritos and folks these are awesome. So the bag has seven servings per container and that's 6% of your daily carbs in a serving. The problem? I want to eat the whole bag.
How do you fight the stress carb craving issue? Looking for Helpful tips, not diet plans.

The doctor just told me that I would have to skip carbs. I heard that as if I should eat less carbs. And that means either no snacks or some snacks that are not rich in carbs.

@Gwynivar Yes. But that is expensive here. So I eat more veggies and meat.

@marguicha I find buying in the bulk/self-serve section helps on the price of almonds.

I got obese when I gave birth to my second baby. what I did to loose weight was to not starve myself. I ate whenever I'm hungry but in small portions. I read it somewhere before that if we starve ourselves, it will only make our body try to store more fats. This worked for me.
