Yes, I have met people offline.
The first one was by chance. My friend worked at Kmart was on her way in. I was on my way out with my large family, wearing a lime green shirt, she was too.. Later on that Day... She asked me if I was in Kmart with my big family wearing a shirt, and said she waved at me. I said you were the redhead in the lime green shirt? She typed a smile and said yes. It was neat.
Then the second one we planned. I met a friend who was a guy I lied to my family saying it was an old friend from school or they would never let us meet. He was sort of freaked out by me, Moved out of town, and we never spoke again laughs. :) ...
Then the third one was not planned either. I used to goof around alot with someone from North Carolina. He divorced his wife and chased her to IL... so remain with visitations with his son, but in the process ended up meeting my sister one night in the hospital and realised they were friends from the internet. I did their affirmation of love ceremony so now he is my brother in Love... So there is alot of interesting humor with that one. Since my tradition choosed to do affirmation of love ceremonies instead of marriages, because we do not want to do marriages until the rights are equal for all, as we are against discrimination.
