Bad luck??

So I have had this string of bad luck. First my other half was coming home from work which is a 3 hour drive. An hour and a half into his drive he has a flat...no spare so I have to drive to him to bring him a spare....on the way home after that we are less than 30 mins till we get home....well his bumper falls off, don't know why it just fell off the car isn't junk but it did so I put it in the back of my car. Well that all made it to where he didn't get home till 2 and that's the time he has to head back and he's too tired cause he has already been up 24 hours so he decided he wasn't going...he calls his boss and he was outside....the lady was supposed to have him to call back but didnt so he went to bed. He gets ready for work and calls them and they say he has no job ?? are we the only ones that have this kinda luck?
