I think that you have to upload photos of relevance to the discussion, otherwise you don't get credit for it.

how many photographs have you uploaded & how much have you been paid for it. by the way you have plenty of comments against your name how much have you earned so far

You repond to the discussion and add the right and matched image to your respond to that discussion. But the picture should not be copy right from other companies. The picture should be free to use or make your self. You can not earn from uploading photos to my photo. For more details see FAQ in Mylot guideline.

they stoped paying for photos now. but u can get it for photos u upoad 4 discussions.

Work Hard - You should work hard
I dont have a good idea of that. Even I uploaded many photos to my account. But didnt find any account credited fot that. I heard that they will pay if you post the appropriate photos.
