Losing weight?

June 28, 2017 4:40am CST
This summer i'm hoping to lose a few pounds and I have a hard time keeping my appetite under control. I like to snack through out the day. People say you need exercise and diet to lose weight but if I just diet will I still get results?

Sure, less calories in the bodies equal less weight on the scale. Do you walk?

Yah that sucks. But we really do need to cut some food. With exercise, starting with the basic is good enough I think. What I did is I still eat whenever I want but in small portions. I read somewhere that its not good to starve your body, it will only store more of the fats we eat.

I'm not thinking about this stuff nowadays and i can't even remember the last time i look at my face in the mirror. Now, most people would probably tell you to do both but it really depends what works for you.

For effective weight loss both exercise and a sensible diet is required, dieting is far more effective while exercise helps in keeping your body fit and proportionate .

Eating is a huge part of it. I would suggest trying to work out though as it will tone you up and even if you screw up in the diet you will still be burning more calories. Ive been on a "diet" (i still have a hard time cqlling it a 'lifestyle change') since the beginning of Feb and have lost near 50 pounds with working out and eating right. Good luck to you, you can do it!
