I have been on a reading tangent as of late (love it) and finished this memoir in a couple of days. I love memoirs of ordinary people who go through hardship. (If you do also, any suggestions are appreciated!) I loved this one. This is about the author and her struggles growing up in a hoarder family. Some of it can be really hard to read at times such as when she talks about having to go to the gym to shower, having her water cut off, watching her parents struggle financially, getting bed bugs and fleas and much more. Very good - would suggest this one for sure. Have you read anything good lately?
