If so, how do you eat them? Do you make them in a recipe or eat them raw?
I found some at Aldi last time I was there and wanted to experiment around with them and see what works. I find myself eating the same stuff every day and Id like to change it up.
I am seeing millions of recipes online for brussel sprouts. Do you know of any good (and healthy) ones? I also saw online that thyme wasasked for in one baking recipe. Are there any other spices that go well with this? Any help appreciated :-)

I never have heard of eating them raw.
I always cook mine til nearly but not quite soft and with butter salt and pepper..really love them.
Usually have them with a nice Sunday roast and roast spuds.

@maezee Boil them is best for us Maezee..it doesn't take long at all. And the water that is left from them is extra good when you make gravy..flavors the gravy really nicely. They only take about 15 minutes or less to boil.

I eat brussel sprouts but I either bake or broil them in the oven. I just season it with salt and pepper and sprinkle it with either melted butter or olive oil. I mostly broil or bake it with bell pepper and chicken. That way the flavors gets mixed into it. I tried cooking it on its own and for some reason I find the taste a little off.

Darling daughter loves them and even planted some in our garden. She loves gravy on hers. I eat as few as I can get away with... not my favorite at all. Too bad that they are so good for you!

I usually just cook them up and add some butter and some seasoning to it. I have tried them with cheese sauce, but like them better just with the butter.

I like to eat Brussel Sprouts sauteed and crisp. I eat them at my job sometimes, and they don't taste that bad. If I want a simple, healthy food option, I tend to go for it. I like to eat them with a meal, not just by themselves.

I love brussel sprouts. They are good if you pan roast them with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
They are good pan fried with bacon and red onions add some salt, pepper and garlic. Also like doing them with potatoes.
