Officially on Vacation.

Yup i am now officially on vacation from work and couldn't be happier.
The day seemed to drag today and I know it's because I was anxious to get out of there and start my vacation. Even though it dragged it was a good day and i got alot accompllished.
After work I went to tops and ordered dinner got pizza and wings. While waiting for that I went next door to the liquor store and got alcohol for our camping trip. Picked up my food and came home.
Ever since I ate i just been relaxing watching TV. I am pretty tired and yet it's only 810pm. I'm thinking early bed tonight as i got a busy day tomorrow preparing for our vacation. My family is leaving tomorrow afternoon but I'm not going until Sunday.
So I hope you all have a great week ahead and i'll be back on Thursday. I'll be on mylot tonight and some tomorrow but that's about it. Have a great one everyone.

I know exactly how you feel! I was the same all day at work. Unfortunately, I was not able to file for a vacation on Monday so I will have to go to work on Monday then have Tuesday off again. It is really sad that I was not able to plan ahead to have a 4-day weekend/vacation. But it is what it is and I would rather have these days off than nothing.

@raine38 well that's a bummer you couldn't plan ahead to get Monday off. I put in this vacation 6 months ago and got it approved. We are camping at six flags darien lake theme park for the week i can't wait.
