More than $100 earned at myLot !

It is probably not a lot compared to many other members, but I had a look at my earnings today, and my earnings summary tells me that I have earned $101.84 since myLot started its new earning program in July 2015 !
Earning here has never been a goal for me : I joined to respond to a discussion found through Google long ago, and I did not ever knew that I could earn something on this forum. At this moment I had tough times in my life due to personal and family problems and I had done a nervous breakdown. Discussing here, making a few online friends and having fun with them at a moment where I was taking distance with my (real life) friends, has been an invaluable help to get rid of this depression, the first and I hope the last one in my life.
I followed my friends at Bubblews when myLot stopped its earning program, but I disliked this site and was among the handful of people who never left. I was still there when myLot rebirthed in 2015.
The presence of a «block» button has made things different, the site is less a discussion site than in the past and many faces have changed since I joined, but myLot is still one of my preferred forums and the only one in English for me. I want to thank all people/friends from all other the world interacting with me on a regular basis : you are wonderful people and I love to chat and have fun with you ! I have been sensible to the concern you expressed when I informed you of a recent health problem and I took it like a testimony of friendship. I am also tempted to thank the few members blocking me, it makes me feel probably more important than I am although you will burn in hell for that (take this like a flattery).

I moved to Bubblews when Squidoo closed, I was not on myLot in the old times, I moved here when Bubblews stopped. I never liked Bubblews a lot, but I immediately loved myLot. I am having fun here and I made more than I thought since the day I joined (17th August 2015). I had never checked but your post made me check.

I have lived more years in France than in Italy, I feel more French than Italian. I made 527$ here, it's not a lot, but for having fun is good enough. I am glad I met you, we are very few Europeans here and it's nice to exchange opinions.

Yes, I read two discussions started by July in France. I do not know the road she took to go to Spain, but I think she went not far from me, at about 100 km

@sishy7 I will check it. My brother lives in Bordeaux, and I will go there next week.
My activity has high and lows : I will cash out this month, but my previous payment was in April. It is now harder than it was in 2015 to earn without starting discussions I think.

I am blocked by bad people
. I got a stroke in April, but I am perfectly alright now. I have still a nurse coming every 3 days, but it should end soon. I recovered at light speed, it is quite a miracle, and I have decided to do a pilgrimage at Lourdes this month (I have already bought the train tickets and booked a room) to thank God for that.

@CoralLevang I have a special relationship with the Blessed Virgin in Lourdes since I was 7 years old and I promised to do this pilgrimage a few months ago when I was sick as soon as I would be able to walk again. I really recovered at light speed : I was not able to walk in April and was taking high doses of morphine, and since mid June I walk normally again like if nothing had happened.

Glad you are here. I have been here for 7 years and this site has helped me through a rough nasty divorce if it was not for this site and my boyfriend I would have had a nervous breakdown myself. Since joining here I have altogether earned 94. and some change. Yeah you are right a lot of people that was here before are not here and I wish some of them would come back I really miss them. You came approximately at the same moment than me and you have a similar history with this site. I am also missing a few good friends of the previous myLot, some that I know that we will never see again, like HWG, and some that will perhaps come back in the future.

Is this 6.40 from June? If so you will not be paid til around the 15th of July for that sometimes sooner if mylot wants to be nice.

I would love to be here just to enjoy interactions and discussions. But, I have to justify my time. Only awake about 14 hours a day so I have to work on the sites that bring me a few $ extra$. I work about six of them aday. Each one in sequence as to how easy I can make the $ add up. If it weren't for gift cards and being able to get some $ in my PP account I would not be able to make it through the month. Being on SSD is the pits.

Thank you and welcome ! If you read, I told that I earned that since July 2015. I am an old member and I had already earned possibly more than that in the old myLot when it stopped to pay in 2013. I am not sure that myLot can send PayPal money to Nigeria due to PayPal rules. I found an old link, maybe it has changed since.

I haven't checked my earnings summary at all so here I go . . .ah, looks like I am not too far from your figures! Earning was never a big deal for me here either . . . monetary wise I've actually found ways to do decently at other kinds of sites but eh, I don't do that anymore (no time).
I was here way back when, but I was a pretty much a wall flower I think. I migrated with other myLot folks to Bubblews and that is where I grew as an "online" person . . . I became better friends with myLot folks there and found new friendships too. Since that site went bye bye, much of the herd came here - and here we are - for some of us "again". I have finally learned to fit in on myLot

I am ever so grateful for all the friendships made. I sure enjoy chatting with you - so thank you too! I try to aim for "regularly" but can't always do it - but I do what I can. It's good for the soul to be here for all of us I think. Hope you are feeling greater and stronger each and every day !1 person likes this

I guess I enjoyed that B place for what it was . . . but I sure was not liking the people upstairs. The thing is it took me to be there and grow in order for me to come back here the way I am now. And of course it takes good friends to be around along the way too .

I remember that SmilePie was very different than what is much2say. Your last version is way updated and improved We all change. You and me are now posting about personal subjects and we were not doing it often in the past. We were more secret.
I disliked Bubblews and has never been very present there. I was sending more PMs in the old myLot than now, and I was lacking the PMs and lacking most of the interaction. It was more a blogging site than a forum like myLot.

I have interacted with you sometimes ...Especially remember the post you wrote about your street turning into an eating place in the evening.
We don't have that sort of thing and you said maybe it was because of the hot weather
Anyway I agree this is a good place to be away from your real life friends
